Christmas Relaxation

with

Susan Johnson

Get into the real spirit of Christmas and relax with Susan Johnson of Thirty Paths Fame

This will be a special day full of simple yoga, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. The emphasis is on relaxation. Susan will be looking at the whole relaxation process including Yoga Nidra and how to write simple visualisations.

The whole day will be to experience relaxation, to reflect on the passing year and to look forward to the new year.

Our day will begin with Yoga postures and Yoga Nidra with relaxation, The afternoon will be candle meditation bringing in the light, a seasonal story and deep relaxations with a New Year visualisation.

Susan has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years, commenting on her experience she says: “Although I still love the yoga postures my work is now slowly moving towards the Yoga Nidra, Relaxation and visualisations.

“In 2002 I started to write down the visualisations and relaxations I had picked up along my path and also new ones I had devised myself, it became so popular I went on to write three more and they became known as the Thirty Paths Companion set.”
