on relaxation. Susan will be looking at the whole relaxation process
including Yoga Nidra and how to write simple
visualisations.
The whole day will be to experience relaxation, to reflect
on the passing year and to look forward to the new year.
Our day will begin with Yoga postures and Yoga Nidra with relaxation, The afternoon will be candle
meditation bringing in the light, a seasonal story and deep relaxations
with a New Year visualisation.
Susan has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years, commenting
on her experience she says: “Although I still
love the yoga postures my work is now slowly moving towards the Yoga Nidra, Relaxation and visualisations.
“In 2002 I started to write down the visualisations
and relaxations I had picked up along my path and also new ones I had
devised myself, it became so popular I went on to write three more and
they became known as the Thirty Paths Companion set.”

Core Strength Yoga
with
Paul Fox
This will be a day to explore the importance of
developing an awareness of the core of the body physically, energetically
and emotionally. To work safely
and with a deeper awareness of our yoga we need to connect to the inner
body and let it support the outer body.
We will explore posture, a range of yoga asanas,
some anatomy and phyiology and develop our
expertise in a variety of core strength practices, including moola bandha, uddiyana bandha and the kriya nauli.
