16 Nov 2019 - YFNI Presents A PADA (FOOT- NURTURING) WORKSHOP with Aine Dorman

with Aine Dorman

Saturday 16 November 2019

from 10.00 to 1.00

Aine is a yoga teacher, healer, reflexologist and shamanic practitioner living in the heart of rural Down. She has an intuitive insight into the body and its energy fields, and in this workshop she will shine her third eye on our faithful and often sorely neglected feet.

Our feet are the foundation for all the joints and alignment, and, literally, influence how we walk on the earth, our deep connection with the earth’s energies, and our grounding. They influence our balance on several levels, physical, emotional and deeper still. Aine will help us to nurture our feet, and to discover how alignment can suffer from fallen arches, inappropriate footwear, and old injuries to the ankles and hips etc.

This will be an interactive workshop with a balance of theory, practice and good fun!

Please bring along a blanket and a block (not a brick).
