Yoga for Trauma and Stress
Learn how you can use yoga therapeutically to heal trauma and alleviate symptoms of stress, PTSD and overwhelm.
Based on the latest scientific research and the ancient teachings of yoga and mindfulness, you will learn how gentle asana, restorative yoga, mindfulness and breath awareness practices can directly transform deeply ingrained patterns of shock, tension and trauma.  You will understand how trauma affects the physiology of mind and body, how to identify the different stages of trauma and the practices that can be applied therapeutically to each stage.
