19 Oct 2019 - YFNI Presents Kundalini Yoga and Gong Bath with Joe McKeown

Kundalini Yoga & Gong Bath -  "There is a voice that doesn’t use words.  Listen" (Rumi)
Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the ‘Yoga of Awareness.'  It is an avenue to self-experience and expansion.  This Kundalini workshop will include breathing techniques scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, held stretches, mudra (hand positions), and mantra (meditation utilising the repetition of sound).  Cultivate your resilience using the time tested tools of Kundalini Yoga.  Sweat, laugh, breathe and deeply relax during the gong bath.

Many civilizations of the world have used the gong for ceremonies, rituals and inner journeys. The ancient yogis recognised the gong as a Divine agent of expansion and used it as a meditation tool.   Anyone can sense the powerful, multi-dimensional quality of the gong.  Its transformative qualities are undeniable.

The gong is a conduit of the Infinite Creative Consciousness; it is the voice of the Divine on the earthly plane.  Through its resonance we can heal, gain clarity and insight, remember who we really are and return to our true state of Oneness.
