23 Sept - YFNI presents Mind, Body, Breath with Frank Moylan

Frank Moylan

with Frank Moylan

Saturday 23 September 2017

from 10.00am to 1.00pm

Our 40th Anniversary Year Celebrations begin with an Autumn workshop led by our President Frank Moylan.  This will include practices for opening up the whole body in preparation for Pranayama, to bring in the energy.  Frank will also concentrate on the benefits of Yoga Nidra, including the importance of resolves and affirmations, leading to the opening of the unconscious mind.

Frank’s workshops are always popular and well attended so it is advisable to book ahead for this one.
