What's The Purpose And Back To Basics Workshop

Saturday 13th April 10.00am - 4.00pm

Sunday 14th April

Small group - Minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 people

This workshop will work on how to achieve strength, suppleness, sensitive and stamina part of your yoga practice.

Suitable for everyone except complete beginners.

£80 for the weekend which includes your lunch on Saturday.

£30 non-refundable deposit required to book space.
